The best way to make a monochrome look interesting is with plenty of texture. All black everything is chic, but it can also be plain. For this look I added some shine with leather, some movement with fringe, and a bit of hardware simply because I love it.
This blouse is one of the coolest items in my closet. It’s split in two and connected with delicate chains at the waist, isn’t it amazing? I also love the pretty pleated bottom half. Since it’s quite voluminous I balanced it out with leggings, and also because most of my jeans are high waisted. I added my studded leather biker jacket, studded pumps, and fringe bag for some more texture.
On another note, happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Canadians! I’m thankful for having a big comfy bed that I can cosy up in on this gloomy day. Alright, I’m also very thankful for my family and friends who show me so much love and support, and to all of you who visit this blog. I love reading your comments and interacting with you here and on instagram. Hope you all have an amazing week xo
