Heirloom Pashmina

This pashmina is old but most definitely gold. It’s the closest thing I have to a family heirloom. I’m not even sure how old it is! It used to be my mother’s but I borrowed it so often that she let me keep it – thanks again, mom! Now it’s my most precious scarf. It’s an authentic Nepalese pashmina, and the quality is amazing. It doesn’t age, it’s incredibly soft, and it’s as light as it is warm (I’ve literally used it as a blanket). It’s also a reminder of my ethnicity, as I’m half Nepalese. I’ve unfortunately never been to Nepal but it’s on my bucket list. When I do go, I’ll make sure to leave plenty of space in my suitcase for more pashminas!
