Have you ever loved something so much that you had to get it in multiple ways? Maybe the same style, but in different colours? In my case it’s the same print, but in different styles. I loved this messy black and white hash print so much I got the blouse and this cover-up. I’m so excited I can wear it as my only outer layer now! I know it would look amazing thrown over a pair of shorts and a tank, AKA festival style, but these days the wind still is still cold and it constantly overpowers the sun’s warmth so I had to stick with leggings for this first outing. Oh well, summer is quickly approaching and I’ll get to wear it with bare legs soon! To add some brightness to the look, I wore my white Converse high tops. Lately I’m obsessed with wearing white sneakers to lighten up my outfits. They just look so fresh, and spring is all about freshness to me. I feel like I’ve come out of hibernation; I actually enjoy being outside again! I’ve been trying to soak in the sun and admire all of the flowers and greenery that have also come out of hibernation as much as possible. Every year I go to Queen Elizabeth Park, where these photos were taken, at least once in the spring. We unfortunately missed out on the cherry blossoms but the tulips and all of the other flowers in the gardens were too beautiful! Do you have any spring traditions or must-go places in your city?
